It started with a frustration most city families silently share: why is it so hard to get fresh, trustworthy milk delivered on time every morning? Amit and Veeraj — both Pune residents — had tried every option available and found the same story: unreliable timing, inconsistent quality, and no way to know where your milk actually came from.
In early 2022, they decided to solve it themselves. They visited dairy farms across Maharashtra, understood the supply chain from the inside, and realized that most of the problems were caused by too many middlemen and zero technology. The solution was direct — source farm-to-doorstep, build a real app, and obsess over one thing: getting fresh milk to every home before 7 AM.
They made the first 50 deliveries themselves, on a motorbike, at 5 AM. Today, Orderly serves over 50,000 families across Pune with a fleet of trained runners, a full cold chain, and an app that gives customers complete control over their daily dairy subscription.
